Good Morning! Where did you come from? Today, I took the opportunity to clean around the pond in the garden before it gets too hot, when I had two friends come say hello. Dragon flies aren’t scared of humans at all. At first, I was definitely more scared of them, than the other way around. They will land right on your shoulder or even your hand. At first, I was completely freaked out by them, but now I find them quite interesting, and some quite beautiful. The frog not so much, but how rude would it be to NOT take his picture, he DID come by to say hello after all.
The pond was home to our carp, but he died last spring. Originally, there were two, but one was killed by rouge birds and the other died of old age. It’s not set in stone, but I’m thinking about keeping some goldfish, that might work… We’ll see…..
